We believe that even the smallest act of service makes a big difference for all involved. This group is an Initiative of the Colorado Capital Congress with the goal of enabling/easing the ability of local communities to raise money to start a new business or project in their backyard. The Group will develop this idea to the point of being ready-to-implement, invite public discussion and then it will be voted on by the entire Congress.
